TTL Controlled Millimeter-Wave Quad-Phase Modulator Now available from MITEQ, a 2-bit TTL controlled millimeter-wave Quad-Phase Modulator with an operational frequency range of 26-40 GHz and modulation rates from DC to 40 MHz. The Model SMT2640LC15MDQ has a typical phase balance of <+/-15 degrees and an amplitude balance of <+/-2.5 dB.
