The following single-pole digital PIN diode switches are available as standard products: single pole single-throw PIN diode switch (SPST), single pole double-throw PIN diode switch (SP2T), single pole three-throw PIN diode switch (SP3T), single pole four-throw PIN diode switch (SP4T), single pole five-throw PIN diode switch (SP5T), single pole six-throw PIN diode switch (SP6T), single pole seven-throw PIN diode switch (SP7T), single pole eight-throw PIN diode switch (SP8T). Our digital PIN diode switches can be screened to the salient characteristics of MIL-STD-883 and we offer a variety of connector options including GPO and SMA.

Our standard digital PIN diode switches products achieve switching times as low as five nanoseconds for those applications requiring the ultimate in switching speed. We are able to accommodate special video filters and pulse-shaping networks as needed.

It covers the frequency range from 500 MHz to 18 GHz with a minimum of 60 dB isolation and VSWR of 2:1 maximum.
