TITLE: Technician Sr.

SUMMARY:

RF and microwave electronic technicians intermediate and senior level. Must be able to perform various tests using automated test equipment as well as troubleshoot to component level. Should be able to construct complete breadboard from schematics, sketches or verbal instruction. Candidate should be able to record and analyze results using a computer. Must be able to make suggestions on engineering changes. Knowledge of phase lock loop assemblies, microwave mixers a plus. Also looking for technicians with digital and mixed-signal circuitry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:Minimum of five years related experience.

Education: Associate degree in electronics preferred, or equivalent

SUMMARY:

Seeking a hands on professional with five plus years experience in microwave component design. Familiarity with the design of lumped element and microstrip filter is a plus. Knowledge of basic subsystems design including the ability to perform spurious calculations for frequency converters is desirable.   Must have familiarity with CAE programs such as Agilent, ADS, Omnisys, and Auto CAD.   Individual should have knowledge of test equipment including VANA and NF measuring equipment and the ability to perform microwave subsystem design and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum of five years experience.

Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
