MITEQ adds Model DNB2-11.725TR, Multiband Block Converter, (BCUs) to its 1/3 rack family of products. This multiband BCU model is designed for applications where multiple frequency translations are needed between Ku and L-Band. The 1/3 rack platform provides flexible configurations for use in many earth station terminals whileonly using 1 RU of rack space.

MITEQ introduces its new DC Series, Model DC-0.5/20G high performance ultra-broadband 2 Hz step agile downconverter system. This downconverter accepts RF signals from 0.5-20 GHz. It provides one selectable IF output of 70, 140, or 160 MHz and simultaneously one L-band output at 1200 MHz. The frequency conversion sense of both the outputs can be independently programmed as inverted or non-inverted. The superb phase noise makes this systems ideal for most applications including the stringent requirements of high order QAM.

This downconverter converts an input signal in the 20-26.5 GHz band to an output of 10.3-16.8 GHz. This model is designed to be used with MITEQ’s Model DC-8/20G and DC-0.5G/20G ultra-broadband 2 Hz step agile downconverters to extend input receive bands to 26.5 GHz. This unit allows an input of 0.5-20 GHz to pass through with no conversion.

This downconverter converts an input signal in the 20-40 GHz band to an output of 3.2-16.8 GHz. This model is designed to be used with MITEQ’s Model DC-0.5G/20G ultra-broadband 2 Hz step agile downconverters to extend input receive bands to 40 GHz. This unit allows an input of 0.5-20 GHz to pass through with no conversion.
