Broadband Airborne IFF High Power SPDT Switch

Model HPSW2-006016RN5NNF is a new wideband, high power SPDT switch that exhibits optimum performance across the IFF band (1015 – 1105 MHz). The HPSW2-006016RN5NNF model measured loss is 0.33 dB and the VSWR is 1.07:1 across the IF band and degrades somewhat across the 600 – 1600 MHz range of operation. This switch operates over a –55° to +91° temperature range and at 70,000 feet altitude. This model was designed and tested at 3.5 kW, 35 microsecond pulse width, 1.6% DF at high altitude and into a sliding 3:1 load. Please consult with MITEQ for further information. (TechnicalInfo)
